A new company with a long history

You might be wondering, “Where did The Love Policy begin?” The seed was planted back when I was in fourth or fifth grade, around 10 years old. It was career day at school, and I was brimming with excitement because my best friend in the world, my Dad, was coming to explain what he did for a living.

I didn’t know what he would say, but I was thrilled that he was there. He greeted the class and stood up really proud and said, “I am so lucky because I get to go to work every day and sell love.” That’s when it hit me – life insurance is a love policy to somebody you love.

As I grew older, I joined my dad in his work. In doing so, for over 20 years, I absorbed his wisdom. And you know what? I witnessed it every day. My dad couldn’t have been more right. 

Having people understand their life insurance needs and helping them choose the right life insurance policy for themselves and their loved ones truly does keep the love going. It means guiding people through difficult subjects like end of life planning and the different kinds of life insurance, which can seem daunting in the moment, but so important and crucial in the long run. So it started with my dad, and he’s ultimately why I named the company the Love Policy.
